I was just talking about making a pavlova for easter. unfortunately, it's usually too humid for it to work.

PD - extra cream of tartar and if not using a copper egg bowl clean the bowl with 1/2 a lemon. Lafoodblogging uses cornstarch in her recipe, maybe that will also help.
