Clam diggers





Linguine with clams in a cream sauce, served with sauteed samphire.
Arrange linguine in the centre of the plate, place open clams around the outside interspersing with the samphire.

I've been in a bit of a cooking rut lately. Hmmm.. might have to stop by the fishmonger tomorrow. This might be the ticket out. The eggplant in the refrigerator is staring to glare at me with contempt.
