I had very poor copies of these in the hall of our old house. I loved the bugs.
I found a chrysalis just like the one in the third image. I transplanted it from my tomato garden to my basil garden. Might not be the smartest idea in the world, but my tomatoes are more important to me than the basil.
I guess you are referring to the vintage cartoon the Ugly Bug Ball. It is adorable and a favorite I'll have to ask my kids if they remember it.
These are beautiful. I'd love them on my wall xx
