I think I like an armoire with a solid door better. Kind of gauche to have it all out there in the open, isn't it? They are (probably) beautiful guns, but you really have to take them out to properly admire them, anyway.
couldn't get a big old pick up around some of those wee traffic circles.
My uncle's are built-ins with the glass door and my grand-father's collection of shotguns and rifles. My father-in-law's is a steel safe, matte painted and double-locked. Guess who is the hunter and who is the shooter/armourer?
mamacita - I never even thought of that. Nice idea.
Fairfax — you won't believe it but something called a Warrior has become popular here. With gas over $10 a gallon and they look so out of place... imagine.
